- MAILING ADDRESS ENVELOPE ORDER GUIDELINES:
- Addresses must be in Excel Spreadsheet format
- Download this Excel Spreadsheet Template
- The first row in the document must be a header record
- Each column must have a column heading as follows: Name, Street, City, State, Zip, Country (if applicable)
- Each entry must be made from left to right under the header record
- The Excel Spreadsheet must contain only one sheet
- Delete all empty or incomplete rows
- Please ...
- Do not use all capital letters
- Type the text just exactly as you wan it to appear on your envelopes - do not use unwanted abbreviations
- Spell out words like "and" unless you want "&" to appear on your envelopes
