Typically when we deliver invitations, announcements and stationery to our customers the response is a beaming smile from a new mother, a squeal of delight from a blushing bride or a satisfying nod from a business executive. Which is more than enough reward for us. However, every once in a while someone will go out of their way to send some kind words. And that really makes our day.
